Fiona is a self taught stitcher, maker and lover of colour. “I truly enjoy the meditative process of hand stitching-embroidery, hexies, free range hand quilting! I hope to pass on some of the enjoyment I get through stitching, especially reviving traditional embroidery stitches to use in our contemporary textiles.”

Project: Learn a variety of traditional embroidery stitches in a unique and contemporary way – a modern sampler. Navy or White options available – White option see photo below, please comment on your order colour preference – Make’n’Take your sampler home!
Cost: $28 includes 23cm hoop, fabrics, threads and instructions. Maximum number 10 per class.
What to bring: A small pair of embroidery scissors, eye glasses if needed.
